platform, applications and browser extensions we publish).

3. How this data is used

What we do not do. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use it for
advertising, nor for individual profiling outside the service ordered by the customer.
Conversations entrusted by our customers are never used to train artificial intelligence
models
, neither by us nor by our subprocessors: our contracts with our model providers
exclude that use.

Transfers outside the European Union

The website and the service are hosted within the European Union. However, some processing

involve transfers of data outside the European Union. Those transfers are covered by the
standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, supplemented
where relevant by additional technical measures (encryption in transit, minimisation of the data
transmitted). A copy of the applicable safeguards can be requested at
contact@audioliz.com.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the
data concerning you, as well as the right to give instructions on what happens to it after your
death. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without
affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise those rights, write to
contact@audioliz.com or to AUDIOLIZ, 19 rue du Pont

Security page.
