This policy describes the cookies and trackers used on
www.audioliz.com, operated by AUDIOLIZ (19 rue du Pont
Colbert, 78000 Versailles, France — Versailles Trade and Companies Register 940 631 799). It
complements our privacy policy.
It concerns the public website only. The Audioliz platform used by our
customers only uses the technical cookies required for authentication and session management; it
contains no advertising analytics and no third-party trackers.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit a
website. It lets a site recognise you from one page to the next, remember preferences or measure
audience. Here, “cookie” covers all trackers of a similar nature, including those relying on
browser local storage.
2. Cookies used on this website
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies — set without consent
These are essential to the operation of the website and cannot be switched off.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| pll_language | Audioliz (Polylang) | Remember the display language you chose | 12 months |
| wordpress_*, wp-settings-* | Audioliz (WordPress) | Session and display preferences, only for people logging in to the site administration | Session to 12 months |
2.2 Audience measurement and usage analysis — subject to your consent
| Tool | Main cookies | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics, deployed through Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd) | _ga, _ga_<identifier>, _gid | Measure website traffic: page views, traffic sources, navigation paths | 13 months maximum |
| Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd) | _clck, _clsk, CLID | Analyse page usage through aggregated metrics and anonymised session recordings (mouse movement, clicks, areas read), in order to improve website usability | 1 day to 13 months depending on the cookie |
| Apollo.io | Website tracker | Identify the company a visit comes from, based on the IP address, for business-to-business outreach | 13 months maximum |
2.3 Embedded third-party services — subject to your consent
| Service | When it applies | What it sets |
|---|---|---|
| Calendly | On booking pages, when the calendar is displayed | Cookies required to display and operate the booking widget |
| LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook) | When content or tags from those networks are loaded | Campaign measurement cookies and browser recognition by those platforms, governed by their own policies |
These tools belong to companies that may process data outside the European Union. Such
transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Each provider’s
own privacy policy applies in addition to this one.
3. How long your choices and data are kept
Cookies subject to consent have a maximum lifetime of 13 months. The data
they collect is kept for no more than 25 months, then deleted or anonymised.
Your choice to accept or refuse is itself kept for 6 months, after which you are
asked again.
4. Managing your preferences
You may refuse or withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies at any time. Withdrawing is
as easy as accepting and does not prevent you from browsing the site: only the relevant audience
measurement and third-party features stop working.
4.1 From your browser
You can set your browser to block or delete cookies:
- Google Chrome: official guide
- Mozilla Firefox: official guide
- Safari: official guide
- Microsoft Edge: official guide
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may impair the operation of the website.

restrict and object, and you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority
(CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
6. Changes
This policy is updated whenever the tools used on the website change. The date shown at the
top of the page indicates the latest version.
